What the appointment request form collects

When you send a request, the form sends:

• your vehicle: its year (optional), its make and model, or a description if you are not sure (optional);
• the service you need, and what is going on (optional);
• your preferred date and time of day, and an optional second choice;
• your name and phone number;
• your email address and the best way to reach you (both optional).

The shop uses these details to answer your request and arrange a time.

Sending a request does not book an appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the shop contacts you. The form sends no automatic reply.

How your request reaches the shop

The form sends your request to Basin (usebasin.com), a form service. Basin stores it and is set to email it to the shop at monroeshell@hotmail.com.

The shop’s address is still being activated with Basin. Until it is active, Basin does not email requests to the shop. It emails each request to Prime Equity Digital at primeequitydigital@gmail.com instead, so that Prime Equity Digital can pass it to the shop. These temporary emails to Prime Equity Digital stop once the shop’s address is active.

Basin also records technical details about each request, such as the IP address, an approximate location and the browser used, keeps them with the request, and uses them to filter spam.

Prime Equity Digital, which built this website, manages the Basin account for the shop and can see requests stored there.

Who sees your request

The shop, by email once its address is active (until then, through Prime Equity Digital), and Prime Equity Digital, through the Basin account and the temporary emails described above. Basin handles the request to store and deliver it.

How long it is kept

Basin keeps each request for 1,460 days (four years), unless it is deleted sooner. Emailed copies stay in the receiving mailboxes until they are deleted.

Sharing and selling

This website sends request details only to Basin and to the email recipients described above.
